Good & Joy is a retail brand operated by Peterson Group Enterprises LLC. It is not a separate legal entity or DBA.
Email support@goodandjoy.com to request return authorization and instructions within 30 days after delivery. A return is not accepted until it has been authorized.
Discretionary or change-of-mind returns are eligible only if unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. For an accepted return, 35% of the item price is deducted from the refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Contact support promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or is the wrong item. Those issues are handled separately from discretionary returns. The discretionary-return rules do not limit remedies required for seller error or rights that cannot legally be waived.
Return authorization must be requested within 30 days after delivery. Authorized items must meet the eligibility requirements above when received and inspected.
